For any third-party products such as hotels, train & bus tickets, and services during trade fair or festival periods, the cancellation rules and schedule will be as outlined by the third-party service provider.
The cancellation notice will be considered effective on the date of receiving the official email from the client.
Cancellation made due to any reason will be subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
In the event of cancellation due to a pandemic leading to Force Majeure, or a lockdown in the destination country resulting in flight cancellation, Mapshore will issue a credit value equivalent to the amount paid for future travel.
The credit value can be utilized only by the registered passengers and will be valid for travel to the same destination within one year from the date of issuance.
The fare for the rescheduled tour may vary based on the travel date, and any fare difference or applicable surcharges will be charged accordingly.
Mapshore reserves the right to amend or cancel a tour booking without assigning any reason.
