Itinerary – Gujarat Tour Package

Day 01- Firstly arriving at Ahmedabad – Gandhinagar – Ahmedabad (20 Km / 30 mints approximately |one way|):-

Greetings and you are welcome to the largest city of gujarat closeby ahmedabad airport. There you will get a hearty welcome from our representative following the journey towards gandhinagar. In Gandhinagar you are going to visit the akshardham temple. After going for sightseeing you will return back to ahmedabad. You are next going to check in at the hotel and later an overnight stay at Ahmedabad. 

Day 02- Sightseeing in Ahmedabad – Gujarat Tour Package:-

You are going for breakfast in the morning first and then you will visit the sabarmati riverfront. Visit the Sabarmati riverfront mainly as your first sightseeing. You are moving towards the sabarmati ashram followed by the famous adalaj stepwell and moreover lastly to the kankaria lake. At first you are going to fill this day for completing your sightseeing desires. After going for sightseeing you will return back to the hotel. After going for sightseeing you will return back to the hotel. Finally on this second day your next choice is to opt for an overnight stay at Ahmedabad.

Day 03 – Travel for Vadodara sightseeing – Ahmedabad ( 120 Km / 03 Hrs. approximately ):-

First, complete your breakfast in the morning and next you are going to check out from the hotel. Lastly, you are travelling towards Vadodara. Here you can visit the Laxmi Villas Palace, Sur Sagar Lake, Sayaji Baug Zoo and lastly the Baroda Museum. After going for sightseeing, you are moving towards the hotel for check in and then go for an overnight stay at Vadodara.

Day 04- Vadodara – Statue of unity – Vadodara ( 90 Km / 02 Hrs. approximately |one way|):-

Finish your breakfast in the morning and then proceed to Kevadia in order to visit the Statue of Unity, flower valley and lastly the selfie point. After going for sightseeing, you will return back to Vadodara and then you can move for an overnight stay.

Day 05- Departure to Ahmedabad after tour in Vadodara (120 Km / 03 Hrs. approximately)- Gujarat Tour Package:-

Firstly after having your breakfast in the morning, you are going to check out from the hotel and then go to Ahmedabad as we reach and the next step is we shall take you to the Ahmedabad airport / railway station. Finally your tour is going to end along with sweet memories.

Note: We provide 01 Swift Dzire / Etios in all categories for 02-03 Pax. We provide 01 Innova for 04-06 Pax. In case the number of heads increases, then the guest will have to take another vehicle for an extra cost.

Notes:-

AC will not work in hill areas or stopped / parked vehicles.

Going to check in at 14:00 and move forward to check out at 11:00.

Statue of unity & Laxmi Vilas Palace closed on Monday.

Sayaji Baug Zoo & Baroda Museum closed on Thursday.

Vehicles run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination, if the guest wants to travel/ visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/herself.

The rate will not be valid for any festival like Christmas, new years and any black out date.

This is only a quote no reservations have been made yet, and all hotels are subject to availability.

General Conditions & Remarks:-

Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable.

Confirmation will be subject to availability at the time of reservation.

Rates may change if travelling dates change.

We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days of travel date.

Tour programs may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.

In the case of cancellation of a trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of package.

The vehicle used will be exclusive for guests but will not be at disposal. It will be as per contract & will change every day and sector wise.

Hotels check in time 14:00 / Check Out time 11:00, early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely at the hotel’s discretion.

All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at the hotel/ service provider.

We do not provide standalone services such as only hotels or only transport or any other service, do not insist us for a price breakup.

Cancellation policy:-

Cancellation of group tours must be before 20 Days and FIT tours must be before 10 Days.

If circumstances force you to cancel the “booking”, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.

15 to 07 Days – 50 % of the Total Cost.

07 Days or less – 100% of the Total cost.
