This is a 5-day Egypt group tour from Sharjah, built around Cairo with a full-day run to Alexandria. You land on Friday 18 December, tour Old Cairo the same day, then spend the next three days on the Giza plateau, the Grand Egyptian Museum, Alexandria and Islamic Cairo. The trip closes with a Tuesday afternoon flight home.

You stay four nights in a 4-star Cairo hotel on bed and breakfast, with an English-speaking guide and tours and transfers as per the itinerary. Flights are with Air Arabia from Sharjah: G9597 out at 08:40 and G9625 back at 16:00. The package includes return airfare, accommodation, daily breakfast, entrance fees as listed, tours and transfers, and travel insurance.

Prices start at AED 3,999 per adult on double sharing. Child rates are AED 3,699 for ages 6–11 and AED 3,299 for ages 2–5; the single occupancy rate is AED 4,599 and the infant rate is AED 899. Meals other than breakfast, tips, visa costs and personal expenses are not included.

Day 1: Arrival Cairo – Old Cairo (18 Dec)

• Arrive at Cairo International Airport on Air Arabia G9597 from Sharjah, scheduled 08:40–10:55.
• Meet and assist through passport and customs formalities.
• Full-day guided tour of Old Cairo: St. Sergius Church, the Hanging Church, the Synagogue of Ben Ezra, Ibn Tulun Mosque, El Moez Street and Khan El Khalili Bazaar.
• Transfer to the hotel for check-in.
• Overnight in Cairo. No meals are included on Day 1.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids, Sphinx & Grand Egyptian Museum (19 Dec)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Full-day guided tour of the Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx.
• Stop at the papyrus and perfume shops.
• Visit the Grand Egyptian Museum.
• Return to the hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 3: Alexandria overday (20 Dec)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Full-day overland transfer to Alexandria and back.
• Visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, Pompeii's Pillar, Qaitbay Fort and the Library of Alexandria.
• Return to Cairo. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Civilization Museum & Islamic Cairo (21 Dec)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Visit the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization.
• Visit Salah El Din Citadel, the Sultan Hasan Mosque and the Al-Rifai Mosque.
• Return to the hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 5: Cairo departure (22 Dec)

• Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
• Transfer to Cairo International Airport for Air Arabia G9625 to Sharjah, scheduled 16:00–21:10.
• Fly home. Arrive Sharjah at 21:10.

Payment Terms

First payment: 50% of the total package cost at the time of booking.

Final payment: the full balance 30 days before departure.

Flights are with Air Arabia from Sharjah: G9597 on 18 December at 08:40, and G9625 on 22 December at 16:00. Flight timings are subject to airline schedule changes.

Cancellation policy

Date change charges follow the same airline rules and service fee. Hotel and land changes are subject to penalty and any fare difference, and are subject to availability. Train ticket, insurance and visa charges are 100% non-refundable.

The cancellation notice is effective on the date Mapshore receives the official email from the client. If a pandemic or destination lockdown leads to a flight cancellation, Mapshore will issue a credit value equal to the amount paid for future travel to the same destination, valid for one year and usable by the registered passengers only. The fare for the rescheduled tour will vary by travel date, and any difference in fare or surcharges will apply.
