This is a 5-day Azerbaijan winter escape from Sharjah, built around Baku with a full-day run to Gabala and a half-day Absheron tour. You land on Saturday 12 December, settle into Baku, then spend the next three days on the Old City, the Heydar Aliyev Center, the Gabala mountains and the Absheron fire sites. The trip closes with a Wednesday evening flight home.

You stay four nights in 4-star hotels on bed and breakfast: three nights at Novo Sky Hotel or similar in Baku and one night at Gabala Yeddi Gozel Hotel or similar. Flights are with Air Arabia from Sharjah: G9305 out at 07:50 and G9301 back at 17:25. The package includes return airfare, accommodation, daily breakfast, tours and transfers, an English-speaking guide, travel insurance and entrance tickets as per the itinerary.

Prices start at AED 2,899 per adult on double sharing. Child rates are AED 2,699 for ages 6–11 and AED 2,499 for ages 2–5; the single occupancy rate is AED 3,499 and the infant rate is AED 699. E-visa and assistance charges, early check-in and late check-out, tips, personal expenses, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary are not included.

Day 1: Arrival Baku – Free Evening (12 Dec)

• Arrive at Baku Airport on Air Arabia G9305 from Sharjah, scheduled 07:50–10:45.
• Meet your guide at the arrival area and transfer to the hotel for check-in.
• Free time to explore Baku at night.
• Overnight in Baku.

Day 2: Baku City Tour (13 Dec)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Walk through Icherisheher, the walled Old City of Baku and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
• Visit the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and the Maiden Tower.
• Explore Nizami Street and Fountains Square.
• Visit the Heydar Aliyev Center, designed by Zaha Hadid.
• Evening city view tour by car.
• See Highland Park and the Alley of Martyrs, the Milli Majlis, the Flame Towers, Baku Crystal Hall and Baku Boulevard.
• Overnight in Baku.

Day 3: Gabala Tour (14 Dec)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Proceed to Gabala.
• Enjoy the mountain resort cable car and the surrounding ski area.
• Visit the Gabala lake and the Yeddi Gozel (Seven Beauties) waterfalls.
• Overnight in Gabala.

Day 4: Absheron Tour (15 Dec)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Transfer back to Baku.
• Visit Ateshgah, the Fire Worshippers Temple.
• Visit Yanardag, the Fire Mountain, where a natural gas fire burns continuously on the hillside.
• Overnight in Baku.

Day 5: Baku Departure (16 Dec)

• Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
• Transfer to Baku Airport for Air Arabia G9301 to Sharjah, scheduled 17:25–20:15.
• Fly home. Arrive Sharjah at 20:15.

Prices per person

First payment: AED 1,500 per person at the time of package confirmation.

Final payment: the full balance must be received 45 days before departure.

Flights are with Air Arabia from Sharjah: G9305 on 12 December at 07:50, and G9301 on 16 December at 17:25. Flight timings are subject to airline schedule changes.

Cancellation policy (per person, as printed in the source PDF)

• 60–31 days before departure: AED 1,500 per person cancellation penalty.
• 30–15 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.
• 15 days or less before departure: non-refundable.

For third-party products such as hotels, train and bus tickets, and services during trade fair or festival periods, the cancellation rules and schedule are as outlined by the third-party provider. The cancellation notice is effective on the date Mapshore receives the official email from the client.

If a pandemic, geopolitical situation or destination lockdown leads to a flight cancellation, Mapshore will issue a credit value equal to the amount paid for future travel to the same destination, valid for one year and usable by the registered passengers only. The fare for the rescheduled tour will vary by travel date, and any difference in fare or surcharges will apply.

Mapshore reserves the right to amend or cancel a tour booked without assigning a reason. Amendments or cancellations may be due to circumstances beyond our control. In that case, all monies paid by the client will be refunded in AED after deducting the actual expenses incurred while handling the booking. Mapshore is not liable to pay compensation or interest.
