Mapshore’s commercial visa pages are under /in/visa/{country}. They carry the process, fees we can stand behind, HowTo schema and a form. This hub is only for the articles that would cannibalise those pages if we titled them “complete Schengen visa guide”. Documents checklists, processing-time explainers, interview nerves and refusal reasons belong here, and they must link up to the matching visa page in the first 150 words.
We will not invent a country Mapshore does not file. If there is no /visa/qatar page, a Qatar on-arrival explainer can still live here as support, but it cannot pretend we are the processor. That distinction matters for both readers and for commercial score on the guides folder.
Kerala-specific friction (VFS in Kochi, appointment droughts, “from Kerala” slugs that already rank) stays in the copy. We do not strip -from-kerala off live visa URLs. Cluster articles use a modifier the commercial page does not own, such as processing-time or documents-checklist.
Older blog posts that are really visa explainers are assigned here. They keep /guides/{slug}. They do not move under /blog/visa-guides/. That folder is a 301. The breadcrumb will read Visa questions so the cluster is visible without a second URL tree.
Mapshore has planned holidays and visa files from Kerala since 2005. If a guide on this hub is missing a date, treat the facts as a starting point and confirm with the desk before you book leave or submit a file. We would rather leave a gap than invent a fee, a quota, an appointment wait or a hotel that is not on the books. That is also why these pages have no quote bar: they are here to be read, cited and reused, not to close a sale in the first screen. When you want a price, open the holidays, visa or Umrah page that this article links to.
