You spend 2 nights in Hyderabad and cover the city in 3 days. Day 1 is your arrival with Golconda Fort, Hussain Sagar Lake, and Lumbini Park before check-in. Day 2 is a full day at Ramoji Film City. Day 3 pairs checkout with Charminar, Birla Mandir, and Makkah Masjid, then your drop at the station or airport.

Day 1: Arrival, Golconda Fort, Hussain Sagar Lake

• You are picked up at the railway station or airport and start exploring straight away.
• You visit Golconda Fort, then Hussain Sagar Lake with its iconic Buddha statue.
• You walk through Lumbini Park by the lake.
• You check in to your hotel for your first of 2 nights.
• Overnight in Hyderabad.

Day 2: Ramoji Film City

• You have breakfast at the hotel, then leave for the day after breakfast.
• You spend the full day at Ramoji Film City, the largest film studio in the world.
• You return to the hotel. Overnight in Hyderabad.

Day 3: Charminar, Birla Mandir, Makkah Masjid, departure

• You have breakfast and check out of the hotel with your bags.
• You visit the iconic Charminar first.
• You next visit Birla Mandir temple and Makkah Masjid.
• You are dropped at the railway station or airport for your onward journey.

Payment Terms

First Payment: 50% of the tour cost on the date of booking the tour.

Second Payment: 75% of the tour cost 30 days or more prior to the departure of the tour.

Final Payment: 100% of the tour cost 30 to 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.

Cancellation policy (per person, as printed in the source PDF)

• 00–13 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost.
• 30 days prior to departure: 75% of the tour cost.
• 31–45 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost.
• 46–50 days prior to departure: 30% of the tour cost.
• More than 50 days prior to departure: 20% of the tour cost.

For any third-party products such as hotels, train and bus tickets, and services during trade fair or festival periods, the cancellation rules and schedule will be as outlined by the third-party service provider. The cancellation notice will be considered effective on the date of receiving the official email from the client. Cancellation made due to any reason will follow these terms and conditions. If a pandemic leads to force majeure, or a lockdown in the destination country leads to flight cancellation, Mapshore will issue a credit value equivalent to the paid amount for future travel. This credit value can be utilized by the registered passengers only and will be applicable to travel to the same destination with one-year validity from the date of issuance. The fare for the rescheduled tour will vary based on the travel date, and difference in fare or surcharges will apply, if any. Mapshore reserves the right to amend or cancel a tour booked without assigning a reason. Amendments or cancellations may be due to circumstances beyond our control. In this case, all monies paid by the client will be refunded in AED after deducting the actual expenses incurred while handling the booking. In such cases, Mapshore is not liable to pay any compensation or interest.
