You spend 2 nights in a Manali hotel and 2 nights on the overnight Volvo between Delhi and Manali. Day 1 is the overnight Volvo journey from Majnu Ka Tila or Kashmiri Gate. Day 2 is your Manali arrival with Vashisht, Hadimba Temple, and Mall Road. Day 3 is Solang Valley via the Atal Tunnel. Day 4 pairs checkout with the shawl factory, Kullu Valley, and Naggar village, then the overnight journey to Delhi. Day 5 is your drop at Kashmiri Gate.

Day 1: Overnight Volvo journey to Manali

• You board the overnight Volvo to Manali from Majnu Ka Tila or the Kashmiri Gate Volvo bus station.
• You travel through the night.

Day 2: Manali arrival, Vashisht, Hadimba Temple, Mall Road

• You reach Manali, check in to the hotel, and take some rest.
• You explore Vashisht, including its ancient temples and hot springs.
• You visit Hadimba Temple.
• You shop at Mall Road, then return to the hotel.
• Overnight in Manali.

Day 3: Solang Valley, Atal Tunnel

• You have breakfast at the hotel, then leave for the day.
• You head to Solang Valley, visiting the Atal Tunnel on the way.
• Rohtang Pass costs extra; Sissu costs extra if the route is open.
• You return to the hotel. Overnight in Manali.

Day 4: Kullu Valley, Naggar, overnight journey to Delhi

• You have breakfast and check out of the hotel with your bags.
• You visit the shawl factory, then proceed to Kullu Valley and Naggar village.
• River rafting and paragliding are available at your own cost; the 4x4 vehicle charge is excluded.
• You board the overnight journey back to Delhi.

Day 5: Delhi drop

• You are dropped at the Kashmiri Gate Volvo bus station in Delhi, where the tour ends.

Payment Terms

First Payment: 50% of the tour cost on the date of booking the tour.

Second Payment: 75% of the tour cost 30 days or more prior to the departure of the tour.

Final Payment: 100% of the tour cost 30 to 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.

Cancellation policy (per person, as printed in the source PDF)

• 00–13 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost.
• 30 days prior to departure: 75% of the tour cost.
• 31–45 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost.
• 46–50 days prior to departure: 30% of the tour cost.
• More than 50 days prior to departure: 20% of the tour cost.

For any third-party products such as hotels, train and bus tickets, and services during trade fair or festival periods, the cancellation rules and schedule will be as outlined by the third-party service provider. The cancellation notice will be considered effective on the date of receiving the official email from the client. Cancellation made due to any reason will follow these terms and conditions. If a pandemic leads to force majeure, or a lockdown in the destination country leads to flight cancellation, Mapshore will issue a credit value equivalent to the paid amount for future travel. This credit value can be utilized by the registered passengers only and will be applicable to travel to the same destination with one-year validity from the date of issuance. The fare for the rescheduled tour will vary based on the travel date, and difference in fare or surcharges will apply, if any. Mapshore reserves the right to amend or cancel a tour booked without assigning a reason. Amendments or cancellations may be due to circumstances beyond our control. In this case, all monies paid by the client will be refunded in AED after deducting the actual expenses incurred while handling the booking. In such cases, Mapshore is not liable to pay any compensation or interest.
