Discover Hanoi, Halong Bay and Sapa on this 5-Day Vietnam Tour
You spend 4 nights between Hanoi and Sapa and cover the city, Halong Bay and the northern mountains in 5 days. Day 1 is the Hanoi city tour. Day 2 is the Halong Bay day cruise. Day 3 moves to Sapa and Cat Cat Village. Day 4 is the Fansipan cable car and the return to Hanoi. Day 5 is your airport drop.
From ₹41,500 per person; the child price is ₹30,100. The package includes 3-star hotels, daily breakfast, visa, airport transfers, the Hanoi city tour, Halong Bay cruise with lunch, sleeper buses, Cat Cat Village and the Fansipan cable car.
Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi and city tour
- You arrive in Hanoi and transfer privately to your hotel.
- You take the half-day Hanoi city tour with a guide: Ho Chi Minh Complex, Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple, Old Quarter, and Train Street.
- Overnight at Golden Holidays Hotel, Hanoi.
Day 2: Halong Bay day cruise
- You have breakfast at the hotel and leave Hanoi at 8:00 AM for Tuan Chau Marina.
- You board the King Dragon 4-star cruise and have a set-menu lunch on board.
- You visit Sung Sot Cave, Luon Cave by small boat or kayak, and Titop Island for swimming or the viewpoint.
- You return to Hanoi in the evening.
- Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi to Sapa and Cat Cat Village
- You have breakfast at the hotel.
- You take the premium sleeper bus from Hanoi to Sapa, about 5 to 6 hours with rest stops.
- You take the half-day Cat Cat Village tour on a sharing basis and learn about the Black H'mong community.
- Overnight at Azure Sapa Hotel, Sapa.
Day 4: Fansipan cable car and back to Hanoi
- You have breakfast at the hotel.
- You take the two-way Fansipan cable car and explore the temples and viewpoints at the summit.
- You take the premium sleeper bus from Sapa back to Hanoi, about 5 to 6 hours.
- Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 5: Departure
- You have breakfast at the hotel and check out.
- You transfer to the airport for your flight.
Payment Terms
First Payment: 50% of the tour cost on the date of booking the tour.
Second Payment: 75% of the tour cost 30 days or more prior to the departure of the tour.
Final Payment: 100% of the tour cost 30 to 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.
Cancellation policy (per person)
- 00–13 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost.
- 30 days prior to departure: 75% of the tour cost.
- 31–45 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost.
- 46–50 days prior to departure: 30% of the tour cost.
- More than 50 days prior to departure: 20% of the tour cost.
For any third-party products such as hotels, train and bus tickets, and services during trade fair or festival periods, the cancellation rules and schedule will be as outlined by the third-party service provider. The cancellation notice will be considered effective on the date of receiving the official email from the client. Cancellation made due to any reason will follow these terms and conditions. If a pandemic leads to force majeure, or a lockdown in the destination country leads to flight cancellation, Mapshore will issue a credit value equivalent to the paid amount for future travel. This credit value can be utilized by the registered passengers only and will be applicable to travel to the same destination with one-year validity from the date of issuance. The fare for the rescheduled tour will vary based on the travel date, and difference in fare or surcharges will apply, if any. Mapshore reserves the right to amend or cancel a tour booked without assigning a reason. Amendments or cancellations may be due to circumstances beyond our control. In this case, all monies paid by the client will be refunded in AED after deducting the actual expenses incurred while handling the booking. In such cases, Mapshore is not liable to pay any compensation or interest.
