You base all 4 nights in Srinagar and cover Kashmir in 5 days. Day 1 is your arrival with the Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Day 2 is Sonmarg and Zero Point. Day 3 is Pahalgam with Aru, Betaab, and Chandanwari valleys. Day 4 is Gulmarg and the Gondola. Day 5 pairs the Mughal Gardens with your airport drop.

Price on request. This itinerary carries no fixed price: ask the Mapshore team for a quote for your dates, hotel category, and group size. Stay is on double or triple sharing with daily buffet breakfast and dinner (MAP). Gondola, union cabs, pony rides, and Zero Point sightseeing you pay directly as listed.

Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar, Shikara ride on Dal Lake

• You are received at Srinagar Airport by the Mapshore representative and transferred to your hotel.
• You check in (check-in 2 PM) and rest.
• In the afternoon you take the 1-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake, past floating gardens and local life.
• You taste traditional Kashmiri Kahwa with a lake view.
• Dinner at the hotel (breakfast from Day 2; MAP plan throughout).
• Overnight in Srinagar.

Day 2: Day trip to Sonmarg, the Meadow of Gold

• You have buffet breakfast at the hotel (morning timing 8 AM), then leave for the day.
• You drive to Sonmarg, about 3 hours each way, along the Sindh River under snow-capped peaks.
• You take union cabs to Zero Point via Zoji La Pass on direct payment.
• Snow bike and scooter rides at Thajiwas Glacier are optional on direct payment.
• You return to Srinagar by evening. Overnight in Srinagar.

Day 3: Day trip to Pahalgam, Aru, Betaab & Chandanwari valleys

• You have breakfast at the hotel, then leave for Pahalgam, the Valley of Shepherds.
• You stop at saffron fields, the cricket bat factory, and the Avantiswami Temple ruins.
• You walk the apple orchards and can buy fresh apples.
• You ride local union cabs to Aru and Betaab Valley on your own cost, plus Chandanwari.
• Pony rides are optional on direct payment.
• Evening return to Srinagar. Overnight in Srinagar.

Day 4: Day trip to Gulmarg & Gondola ride

• You have breakfast at the hotel, then leave for Gulmarg, the Meadow of Flowers.
• You drive via Tangmarg and scenic villages, then walk or take a pony or union cab to the Gondola boarding point on your own cost.
• You ride the Gulmarg Gondola to Phase 1 (Kongdoori and Affarwat) on your own cost; snow activities and the Alpather cable car are optional.
• You return to Srinagar in the evening. Overnight in Srinagar.

Day 5: Mughal Gardens tour & departure

• You visit the Mughal Gardens, Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh, on your own cost.
• You tour a Kashmiri carpet-weaving factory and local handicrafts.
• You have breakfast and check out (check-out 12 noon) with your bags.
• You are transferred to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey, where the tour ends.

Payment Terms

First Payment: 50% of the tour cost on the date of booking the tour.

Second Payment: 75% of the tour cost 30 days or more prior to the departure of the tour.

Final Payment: 100% of the tour cost 30 to 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.

Cancellation policy (per person, as printed in the source PDF)

• 00–13 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost.
• 30 days prior to departure: 75% of the tour cost.
• 31–45 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost.
• 46–50 days prior to departure: 30% of the tour cost.
• More than 50 days prior to departure: 20% of the tour cost.

For any third-party products such as hotels, train and bus tickets, and services during trade fair or festival periods, the cancellation rules and schedule will be as outlined by the third-party service provider. The cancellation notice will be considered effective on the date of receiving the official email from the client. Cancellation made due to any reason will follow these terms and conditions. If a pandemic leads to force majeure, or a lockdown in the destination country leads to flight cancellation, Mapshore will issue a credit value equivalent to the paid amount for future travel. This credit value can be utilized by the registered passengers only and will be applicable to travel to the same destination with one-year validity from the date of issuance. The fare for the rescheduled tour will vary based on the travel date, and difference in fare or surcharges will apply, if any. Mapshore reserves the right to amend or cancel a tour booked without assigning a reason. Amendments or cancellations may be due to circumstances beyond our control. In this case, all monies paid by the client will be refunded in AED after deducting the actual expenses incurred while handling the booking. In such cases, Mapshore is not liable to pay any compensation or interest.
